Our story
A company built on practical experience, not theory.
FiaTest began its work in 1990, as the first Romanian consulting company specialised in quality management and adult education.
As our clients evolved, we developed our expertise across four main directions: management systems for industry and administration, project management, staff training, and from 2008 we broadened our reach into Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and IT Security.
In more than 35 years of activity, we have supported over 500 organisations, taken part in 65 projects with national, European and international funding, and organised open and tailored courses attended by more than 10,000 trainees.
Every project we delivered relied on the hands-on experience of our team, and we intend to keep offering a comprehensive, useful range of services that bring organisations sustainable performance.
